Please be aware that the ability to buy directly from www.craftsman.com will be discontinued on the 1st of June 2025. This decision was not made lightly, and we are grateful for the support and loyalty you have shown us over the years. What You Need to Know:
Direct Orders: We will not be accepting direct orders from the 1st of June 2025. Please finalize any direct purchases by this date.
CRAFTSMAN CLUB® Account: This does not affect the operation of your CRAFTSMAN CLUB® account, and you will still be able to login and see your registered products.
Order Fulfillment: All orders placed before the 1st of June 2025 will be processed and shipped as usual. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.
Returns and Refunds: Items ordered on CRAFTSMAN.com can be returned in accordance with our return policy(https://www.craftsman.com/pages/terms-of-sale), within 60 days after the order is placed.
Warranty:  Please note that this does not affect the warranty for your product.
